LTCES is calling for lesson submissions for our new resource hub.
Here’s how it works:
Christian teachers and homeschooling parents submit their original materials to LTCES. They can be lesson plans, worksheets, digital activities, powerpoints, videos, graphics, games — they must be your own original creations. We are looking for materials from K4-12th grade in all school subjects and including Bible, Christian faith and character formation materials.
If you are a licensed teacher or administrator, your materials will be marked as such on our end so that parents know they were created by a professional educator. If you are a parent who has created subject content to help your children grow and understand throughout their learning journey, we are still thrilled to vet and approve your contributions. There are other parents who would love to be able to use your materials for their own children — others will love not having to “reinvent the wheel”.
We will put your materials on our site through a digital content app that allows users to download the files after they have paid for them. Each month, we will send you a report with how many downloads your files have had. LTCES charges an administrative fee of 20% to cover the digital sales app and transaction fees and staff time. You will be paid the other 80% via Venmo, Zelle or by check. (So for example, if you have a file that is offered for $3.00 per download, and 15 people download it, the total amount would be $45.00, so you would be paid $36.00. Every month your files are downloaded, you will continue to get $$ for them into perpetuity.
Files will have a trial run of three months. If no downloads are requested, we will contact you to see if you want to make changes to the format or content. After six months, if no downloads are requested, we will inform you and remove the files.
YOU retain ownership of your files. We will not share or sell any files without your permission. You may request they be removed at any time.

Apply to be a contributor.
Click on the link below to fill out the contributor form. We will use it to promote your material and for sending payouts. (You won’t be asked for financial or sensitive information on this form.)

Prepare your submissions.
Review any lessons, worksheets, activities or media you have created for learning. Include an instruction page, slide or section that contains the how to’s, suggested ages and grades, what subject and/or core skills and knowledge your materials address, and your name and email address (for customers.)

Send in your submissions!
Once you are registered as a contributor, you can submit your materials via email.
Each lesson/activity should be sent in a separate email. (You may attach multiple filesif they are to be sold together as a complete lesson.) Large files may need to be zipped.
An LTCES curriculum team member will review your materials and approve them for submission. Once approved, they will be uploaded to our collection and available for purchase via download. All submissions will be placed in categories by grade and subject and searchable by keywords.
